To lose weight naturally I stuck with mostly low-cal healthy foods and mini-meals like these.
But only every other day!
The toughest part of fat-loss, for me, was the stuff going on in my head.
Feeling nourished with real food was huge.
Fiber, high-nutrient protein, flavor and variety help.
With less hunger I could last longer until the next Eat Whatever day.
Now all that stuff isn’t taking up brain-space, and I find eating low calories pretty easy.
