Yes! I did it myself, and feel better about myself, lighter all around, and happier in general.

Some may say getting down to the “right” size for you doesn’t inspire happiness, but I strenuously disagree.

No longer do I look in the mirror and go “uch!”

It wasn’t easy, but getting slimmer was crucial to my inner and outer glows.
