PIZZA FOR WEIGHT LOSS?
Yes, it’s true, I ate a buncha pizza and lost weight.
Both regular and “special” pizza.
Everyone knows where to get regular pizza to I’ll skip to the “special” stuff:
Frozen margherita pizza with cauliflower crust.
Added frozen edamame for plant protein with full amino acid complement.
Cooked ~3 minutes longer than the package suggested.
Not low-cal, just high-yum.
Frozen Newman’s 3-Mushroom. Already great on it’s own. Shiitake has all 9 essential amino acids, but I still added edamame for interest.
Especially good with a glass of wine
So lucky to be able to eat naughty/healthy stuff on “Eat Whatever” day and still stay lean.
